Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 31, 2026 · Last updated: July 31, 2026

This document is issued by Fastmart-v2 LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA, with registered address 2710 Frontier Ave, Suite 210, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA. Questions: support@v2.fastmart.co.com. Note: This policy is a preview — have it reviewed by a lawyer to ensure it accurately reflects your data practices before publishing.

1. Overview

This policy explains what personal information Fastmart-v2 LLC ("we") collects, why, how it is protected, who it is shared with, and the rights and choices you have. It applies to v2.fastmart.co.com and to orders placed through it. We collect only what we need to run an honest retail business — nothing more.

2. Information we collect

We do not collect sensitive categories of data (health, biometrics, precise geolocation) and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

3. Why we use it (purposes and legal bases)

4. Who we share it with

Only service providers necessary to run the business: payment processors, shipping carriers, cloud hosting, and analytics providers — each under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations — plus authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. International transfers

We are a U.S. company and data is processed in the United States. Where laws such as the GDPR apply to a transfer, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention and security

Order and tax records are kept for 7 years as required by law, then deleted; support emails are kept 2 years; analytics data 14 months. The Site is served over HTTPS, access to customer data is limited to staff who need it, and processor access is protected by multi-factor authentication.

7. Your rights

Subject to the law that applies to you, you can ask us to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct it; delete it; give you a portable copy; restrict or object to certain processing; and withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@v2.fastmart.co.com — we verify the request and respond within 30 days, free of charge. We never discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

8. California residents (CCPA/CPRA notice)

In the last 12 months we have collected the categories listed in Section 2 for the purposes in Section 3, and disclosed them only to the service providers in Section 4. We have not sold or shared personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. California residents may exercise the rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out (not applicable, as we do not sell or share), and may use an authorized agent, by emailing privacy@v2.fastmart.co.com or calling +1 (800) 555-0199.

9. EU/UK visitors (GDPR)

Our legal bases are listed in Section 3. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our EU/UK representative, where required, is not currently appointed — we do not target the EU/UK market.

10. Cookies

Essential cookies (cart, login, security) always run; analytics and any marketing cookies run only with your consent. Full details, lifespans, and how to withdraw consent are in our Cookie Policy.

11. Changes and contact
